Mindful Massage & Rolling Ritual with the ARCH™

• Place the ARCH™ under the base of the skull to gently stimulate the occipital area — improving eye circulation, relieving tightness in the small occipital muscles, and easing fatigue around the eyes and jaw.
• Continue with light, compressive motions across the scalp and face to enhance lymphatic flow and facial relaxation.

This sequence restores the natural curve of the neck, balances posture, and relaxes deep muscle layers.

• Cervical neutral positioning: Place the ARCH™ under the neck and allow the head to rest — releasing micro-tension.
• Segmental lengthening: Gently nod “yes,” creating a small up-and-down motion to decompress cervical vertebrae.
• Rotational release: Slowly turn the head left and right, allowing the fascia to lengthen with each breath.
• Trapezius relaxation: Place the ARCH™ at the shoulder girdle, between the shoulder blades. Rest your hands behind your head and breathe — feel the shoulders settle.

Each movement helps the neck regain trust in gravity again.

Rolling in this region improves spinal flexibility, organ function, and pelvic stability.

• Lumbar release: Lie on your side with the ARCH™ under your waist; gently sway to relax the lower back.
• Organ massage: In the same position, slow rocking stimulates circulation around the liver, stomach, and intestines.
• Pelvic stability: Place the ARCH™ under the sacrum, knees bent, and shift your pelvis horizontally and vertically — restoring natural rhythm.
• Abdominal relaxation: Lying face down, with the ARCH™ beneath the navel, softly move the pelvis side to side for 3–5 minutes to relax the solar plexus and calm the nervous system.

For these exercises, use two ARCH™ tools under your feet.
Stand barefoot with knees slightly bent. Balance gently on both arches to awaken the three grounding points of your feet — heel, big toe, and little toe.
