Mankštas lankau jau 8 metai. Puiki vieta kūnui ir sielai. Per šį laiką atsikračiau beveik 20kg. Su nuolatine trenerės pagalba ir motyvacija jaučiuosi jaunesnė, sveikesnė ir aktyvesnė. Tik geriausios rekomendacijos.

Nepabandžius - nesužinosi! O pabandyti rekomenduoju būtent su Ilona, nes ji labai profesionali. Kartu mankštinuosi jau 13-ka metų! Ši mankšta stiprina kūną, sprendžia jo problemas, bet ilgesniam laikui praėjus, supranti, jog tai keičia ir mąstymą bei požiūrį į problemas. Linkiu pabandyti!

Žodis mindfulness kasdienybėje atsirado po to, kai patekau į avariją. Po reabilitacijos lipti laiptais ilgai buvo skausminga. Ilonos mankštas atradau jau daugiau nei prieš metus. Dabar galiu greitai užlipti į savo penktą aukštą ir be skausmo. Pradėjau labiau stebėti savo kūną, kūno pojūčius, vis primenu sau "užsidėti galvą", jaučiuosi tvirtesnė, tiesesnė, tapau 2 cm aukštesnė. Ačiū Jums Ilona!

Turėjau ne vieną sveikatos problemą-stuburo išvarža, infarktas,polimialgija.Atrodo imk ir subyrėk. O aš gyvenu. Gyvenu pilnavertį gyvenimą. Kas padėjo? Nepatikėsit- mankšta. Mankšta ir jos trenerė, bei filosofė Ilona! Gatvėje net neįtartumėt, kad mano pečius slėgė tiek negandų.

Jau ketveri metai lankome individualias mankštas pas Iloną. Atvykome su sąnarių bei stuburo skausmais. Po pusmečio treniruočių skausmai aprimo, sugrįžo gera savijauta. Labai patinka pratimų įvairovė, nuoširdus bendravimas, profesionalus mokymas. Rekomenduojame!!!

Nors dirbame su Ilona jau keletą metų, atrodo, kad kelionė tik prasidėjo. Natūraliai gimsta noras ir uolumas ne tik tinkamai judėti, bet ir tinkamai maitintis, protingai derinti darbo ir poilsio režimą. Svarbu, kad visa vyksta natūraliai.

Iki šiol lankau treniruotes ir esu labai dėkinga trenerei Ilonai bei jos taikomai metodikai, jau septynerius metus nereikia kreiptis į gydytojus dėl nugaros skausmų.

Mankštinuosi pas Iloną su pertraukomis nuo 2009 m. ir esu įsitikinusi, kad jei ne šios mankštos, prasidėjusios nuo Pilates metodikos ir evoliucionavusios į giluminių raumenų treniruotes su integruotais jėgos, stabilizavimo, aerodinaminio krūvio pratimais, turbūt dabar, kaip daugelis intensyviai su kompiuteriu ir ilgas sėdimo darbo valandas dirbančių, lankyčiaus pas medikus dėl skaudančios nugaros,
