To start a refund request:

- Provide your order number and a brief description of your experience.
- Return the product in reasonable condition (normal wear is fine).
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
Exceptions
This guarantee applies only to the Neck Pain & Sleep Reset Kit™ purchased directly from the Unusually Usual® official website.
- Refunds exclude the cost of the exact wooden pillowcase.
- Products damaged due to misuse or not used as intended are not eligible.
