Return Policy

At Unusually Usual, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, our return policy makes it easy to send items back.

Returns for Consumers (B2C)

If you purchased as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order — without giving a reason.

Conditions for a valid return:

You must notify us in writing before the 14-day period ends (email is fine).
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

We will process your refund within 14 days after receiving your returned item. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Returns for Businesses (B2B)

For B2B orders, returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with proof of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Used products (unless defective)
Personalized or custom-made items
Digital content or downloadable materials
Wooden pillowcases (unless faulty)

How to Start a Return

To request a return:

We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Package the item securely and send it back to us.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you, including shipping. Please see our Product Warranty Policy for details.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
