Product Warranty Policy

At Unusually Usual, we stand behind the quality of our wooden pillow — so much so that we offer a Lifetime Warranty.

Scope of the Warranty

This warranty covers your Unusually Usual wooden pillow for its lifetime under normal, intended use, including:

• Sleeping
• Reading
• Massage
• Rolling

If, during normal use, your pillow breaks or becomes unsuitable for use due to defects in materials or workmanship that do not meet our quality and durability standards, we will replace it with a brand new one free of charge.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or modifications
• Wear and tear from normal use
• Damage caused by exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or other environmental factors
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To request a replacement:

2. Provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or other proof)
3. Describe the issue and, if possible, provide photos

We may request that you return the defective item for inspection before issuing a replacement.

Our Commitment

If your claim is approved, we will replace your wooden pillow at no cost to you, including shipping. The replacement will be of the same model or a model of equal or greater value if the original is no longer available.

Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. It does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
