Trade mark. UNUSUALLY USUAL® is an EU trade mark, No 018775641, registered in Class 10 (medical pillows; orthopaedic products) and Class 20 (pillows).

A trade mark registration protects a name. It is not a medical device approval, a safety certification, or an assessment of the product, and Class 10 here is a trade mark goods classification — it has nothing to do with device classes under EU Regulation 2017/745. Those are separate matters, described below.
